Challenge

Users need to be in the right Teams to collaborate and access shared resources — but keeping Teams membership aligned with Entra ID licensing groups is manual, time-consuming, and prone to delays.

Solution

A workflow that ensures that changes to licensing groups are reflected within Microsoft Teams memberships almost instantly. Users are added into Teams and open or private Channels where necessary. When a user is no longer within a Group, they are removed from the Team.
